An all-day celebration of jazz and 20+ wines, the New Vintage Jazz and Wine Fest showcased music from the Funk Ark, an Afrobeat dance ensemble from DC. Over 2,000 guests attend each year.

There are many things that help make a neighborhood feel like a great place to live. In Petworth, some of those things are the Petworth Community Farmers' Market, the Celebrate Petworth Festival, the Petworth Jazz Project and the Petworth mural. All of these things didn't happen in a vacuum, they are the result of great ideas and hard work by Tom Pipkin, Lucan Pipkin and Rob Mandle.
